Responsibilities:

• Perform Field Service and Project Service activities, plan, manage and follow up according to the work plan.  
• Engage, manage and maintain good relationship with customers during work execution.  
• Manage and coordinate internal and external progress and coordination of the assigned work at site, to be assigned as site team leader in case necessary.
• Create the Service Work Reports, Daily and Weekly reports, claim expense in time. 
• Ensure that the work is executed according to Service Contract/Agreement, Company
•  QEHS guidelines, local regulations and customer site procedures.  
• Manage site executions in stage of construction, installation, commissioning and testing. 
• Advise and support the client in planning, organizing and execution of tests. 
• To safeguard the compliance with HSSE policies and minimize risks in electrical installation works. 
• Secure data quality and confidentiality. 
• To support in providing basic and advance training for internal local field service resources team and customers. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or etc. 
• 3 years work experience in marine, manufacturing or power plant industry
• Basic knowledge of Marine Propulsion and Diesel Engine.
• Willing to traveling (domestic and international, up to 70% yearly).
• Intermediate English Skills.
• Fast responding though and flexible to travel or work in short notice.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Car Driver License
